Let's Talk about Interpersonal and Team Dynamics

The couple relationship has a role in the Collaborative process and can be a powerful and impactful force in our work. Sometimes this can be one of the most challenging parts of completing a case. As we work with couples, it is important that we understand their dynamic and are aware of the impact that dynamic can have on the team and the process. This program will enlighten us to some of the more common dynamics we see in couples and the challenges which those dynamics can present to the team and the process. We will also talk about tools and tips to manage these challenges while sharing anecdotes and case scenarios.
